Dennis L. Taylor, Sr., M.A., M. Div. holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from University of AL in Birmingham, AL and a master of Divinity from the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.  He is an experienced Counselor who has been providing counseling to adults and adolescents for over twenty years.  Denny has had a widely diverse career, having been in the parish ministry for ten years and then formally beginning his counseling career in 1982 at the Southwest Alabama Mental Health and Retardation Center in Atmore, AL.  He has also worked as Personal Counselor to the Students at University of Alabama at Birmingham and as a therapist for Hillcrest Hospital in Birmingham, AL.  Denny has been in private practice since 1987 and has been in solo private practice since 1995.

Having been a single parent for several years, and now a stepfather in a blended family, Denny has personal and professional insight in the area of family dynamics.  His years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor have equipped him well to deal with a wide range of life's problems.

Julie Taylor is the Administrator and Client Coordinator for Taylor Counseling Services.  She handles scheduling, billing & insurance and the administrative duties of the practice.  With over 25 years of experience in the health administration field, Julie is qualified to help answer questions from clients, vendors, and healthcare representatives regarding paperwork and procedures.
